How can I contact you?
The best way to reach us is through via email at support@franklinplantco.com. You’re also welcome to message us on Instagram or Facebook @franklinplantco. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. If you haven’t heard back after that, feel free to follow up.
Is the plant pictured the exact plant I will receive?
In most cases, yes — the plant shown in the listing photos is the exact plant you will receive. We occasionally use AI-generated images for educational or illustrative purposes (for example, to show what mature parent plants may look like when we are selling seedlings). When AI is used, it is always clearly stated in the listing description. AI images are never used to misrepresent the actual plant being sold. For all purchasable plants, the listing will include real, current photos of the exact plant available unless otherwise noted. If a listing is for a grower’s choice item or a multi-quantity plant, that will also be clearly indicated in the description. Transparency matters to us — what you see in the listing is what you can expect to receive.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes — we offer local pickup by scheduled appointment. We are happy to sell any plant listed on our website locally. If you are local, we strongly encourage you to contact us before placing your order so we can process it without shipping fees. The fastest way to reach us for local sales is by sending us a direct message on Instagram at @franklinplantco. We typically respond more quickly there, and you can also view real-time updates on current and upcoming stock. You may also email us at support@franklinplantco.com to coordinate pickup. Pickup times vary and are scheduled by appointment only. We do not offer walk-ins.
I need to cancel my order.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of purchase. After 2 hours, orders may already be processed or prepared for shipment and may not be eligible for cancellation.
My plant arrived — what should I do?
Once your plant arrives, we recommend reviewing our Plant Care Guide guide here: My plant is here, what now?. Following these steps will help your plant acclimate and reduce transplant stress.
